    This study focuses on addressing the challenges related with traditional paper-based livestock record management, which often leads to data inaccuracies, inefficiencies, and delayed decision-making. These limitations restrict the capability of agricultural offices to properly manage livestock activities. In response, the study seeks to develop a modern, technology-driven solution developed to improve livestock monitoring and support data-driven decision-making within the Lucban Agriculture Office. The proposed system, LBDAIRY, is a web-based application that utilizes QR code technology as a key component for efficient livestock tracking and management. This allows accurate livestock identification, real-time monitoring of productivity and breeding activities, and centralized access to essential data. The implementation of QR code technology greatly improves the accuracy, accessibility, and timeliness of livestock records, enabling more efficient and organized operational processes. Ultimately, the LBDAIRY system demonstrates the potential of digital innovations to transform traditional agricultural management practices. About Us

    A team of BS Information Technology students developed LBDAIRY for the Lucban Agriculture Office to address the operational constraints of traditional, paper-based livestock record-keeping. The system integrates QR code technology to optimize livestock monitoring, guarantee reliable data recording, and facilitate prompt, data-informed decision-making.

    Throughout its development, LBDAIRY has reached key milestones, including the integration of QR code tagging, the development of an extensive data management interface, and the implementation of productivity analysis capabilities. These advancements underscore the system’s capacity to modernize and enhance livestock management operations. Our mission is to deliver a reliable, data-driven solution that strengthens local livestock management and supports sustainable agricultural development in Lucban.
